My First Texas Home (Texas Homebuyer Program)
TDHCA offers a 30-year, low-interest rate mortgage, with up to 5% of the 1st Lien Mortgage amount to be used for down payment and closing cost assistance. My First Texas Home is available only to Veterans and First Time Homebuyers.
